YOUR DIRECTION IS KEY IN PURSUING YOUR DESTINATION
Understanding that your direction is key in pursuing your destination, is vital for
successful Christian living.
Living life is not easy. Living life is demanding. Life is often burdensome and
arduous. In order to attain your objectives and reach your goals, you need a cool
head and an undivided focus.
The earlier and more precise you define your destination in life, the more potent you
will be in pursuance of it, because you have simultaneously defined your direction.
Direction is prime in our thoughts. If we think great thoughts, there is no space for
negativity. If we direct our thoughts on brilliance and prosperity, we limit mediocrity
Direction is prime in our words. Finesse should belie our utterances. We should
refrain from offensive critique and pride. Why hurt through damning pronouncements
Your direction is key in pursuing your destination.
Direction is prime in our deeds. With planning and working diligently in place, the
acting out becomes easier and even fun. We need to refrain from shadow boxing,
blurred action and aimless labor (1 Corinthians 9:26). We need to do what our hands
find to do (Ecclesiastes 9:10), and be brilliant as we achieve, accomplish and
conquer (1 Chronicles 4:10).
Therefore, whether the sea is stormy, the mountain high, the valley deep or the
challenge threatening, your direction is key in pursuing your destination.
Get your heavenly destination in sight. Know your divine direction. Choose Jesus as
the pilot of your ship. Run the race. Keep the faith. Earn your crown.
Isaiah 48:17 (ESV) “… I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads
you in the way you should go.”
